| TROUBLESHOOTING If you are having trouble viewing the free sample video the following should help. |
| Q) How do I view the steam cleaning videos? |
| A) Click on the "See Video Now!" link highlighted above in blue. If you use a dial-up phone modem to connect to the internet select the "Dial-Up" version. For those with DSL or Cable modems try the "High Speed Users" link. Note: If you have a high speed connection you can view either link. |
| Q) I tried to view the video but it didn't work. What do I do? |
| A) There are two things you can try. |
| _ 1, If nothing happened at when you clicked try clicking the link again. _ 2, If it loaded but was not clear try clicking the link again. This often works. _ 3, Be sure you have the Real Player installed. If you are not sure if you have the Real Player you can try installing it. You can download the Real Player here. This is a FREE download and a good item to have. It allows you to watch streaming video right on the Internet. The installation often takes less then 5 minutes. Once installed, try again. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO BOOKMARK US FIRST. |
